Flourishing and Belonging

Based on virtue ethics, comparative history, and moral philosophy, I wrote a paper on human flourishing as it relates to belonging in civil society and in organizations. Based on interest from leaders in the private sector, public service, and higher education, I worked with advisors to revise the paper, develop a framework, and create materials that made the information more accessible and useful.

Based on surveys, focus groups, and co-creation sessions with corporate human resource leaders, we created this video overview.
